Job Description
Our client is looking for Sales & Senior Sales Executives with experience in liner sales, shipping lines, freight forwarding, or ship agency operations. This role requires a results-driven professional with strong industry knowledge, exceptional sales skills, and the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in liner shipping and freight forwarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity.
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals.
Key Skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication abilities.
- Excellent relationship management and networking skills.
- Market knowledge of Uganda’s logistics and shipping industry.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
- Strategic thinking and ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications
- Sales Executive: Minimum 2 years of experience in liner shipping, freight forwarding, or ship agency.
- Senior Sales Executive: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Extensive industry network and market insights within Uganda.
- Experience working with both local and international client
