- Role Overview: The IT staff member ensures the hotel’s technology systems, such as reservation software, Wi-Fi, and internal communication tools, run smoothly. They troubleshoot issues and maintain hardware and software.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and troubleshoot hotel IT systems (e.g., booking systems, Wi-Fi).
- Support staff with technical issues related to computers or software.
